This is a fresh, apple-cider style drink which has been
gently spiced with cinnamon. Drink it with chilled soda
water or mix it with dry ginger ale. It tastes like a gentle
herbal tea when diluted with boiling water. For a stronger
flavour add a few drops of our traditional cloves cordial
to the hot drink. If you mix it with an equal part of brandy
and add a dob of cream you will experience a sensational
flavour.
